The engine turbines:
It is an aluminum fan installed right next to the intake manifold and the flow of air passing through the turbine should be extended resulting in less work for move the car again. But what is the problem with this is that the turbine system hangs on the flow of air through the outlet, due to its size. In other words, what which prevents the device to improve performance is … the device itself!

Fuel pellets:
I do not have all the technical details on exactly how these pills are supposed to work, but I know is that to insert the pill in your fuel tank. The hydrogen gas savings:
First, this is not the real name system. Just one of dozens of terms that are used to it which is really an HHO fuel kit. Most people that use hydrogen gas savers are using a "do it yourself" guide showing all stages of the action is necessary to install the device.
